Session Fees
- Session fees are set at $175/ hour.
Insurance
- Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health care insurance plans cover all or a portion of the cost.
- Please check with your insurance provider if you are eligible for coverage as part of your insurance health care benefit plan.
- In cases where the insurance plan does not cover all the session, or if the client is not eligible for insurance coverage, psychotherapy services can be claimed as a medical expense for income tax purposes.
Method of Payment
- Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by cash or personal cheque.
- Upon payment a receipt is provided following each session.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients are required to give at least 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
- With less than 24 hour notice, a fee of $90 can be charged. This fee cannot be reimbursed by insurance.
